Browser support for Console
What browsers are supported by GoToResolve Console (https://console.gotoresolve.com)? If I try to access it through Microsoft Edge v116.0.1938.54 (latest), the page remains blank with no error messages. If I use Microsoft Edge Dev v117.0.2045.1 (latest), the page will open, and I can access most functions, except for remote control. The connection is made, but the browser shows only a black space where the remote display should be. I can see the mouse cursor moving on the remote computer (testing on one in the same room). I don't normally use Chrome or Firefox - but if it works on one of those other browsers, I may need to, so I can see multiple remote desktop sessions simultaneously.Solved1.8KViews0likes7CommentsLost Connection to device (Windows 10 device)
I have a computer that randomly lost its connection that I had in a group on GoToResolve for updating and doing patches (not RemoteSupport). No matter how many times I restarted the computer it wouldn't show it was online on GoToResolve's side. I confirmed the computer was online and connected to the network. On GoToResolve it only said it was Offline and on the "offline" computer on the taskbar where the purple box is for GoToResolve it said offline, however in Services on the computer it said GoToResolve was running so it's for sure showing on the computer just not connecting. I was able to reinstall the agent onto the computer and it showed online afterwards, but I wanted to see if anyone else has had this issue because at my work we have a lot of computer labs and I would hate to have to reinstall agents a lot just to see computers in GoToResolve.1.3KViews0likes3CommentsNot able to power on offline devices
Hello, I haven't been able to power on devices if they are offline. Also if try to reboot devices, they don't come back online unless I have the user login. OS used is Windows 10/11 for both agent & user. Screenshot below. No power-on option.1.2KViews0likes3CommentsZero trust verification failed
Greetings, Readers, I am currently using a trial account for a Proof of Concept (POC) evaluation. I have successfully implemented a zero trust model by configuring it for a privileged user. Subsequently, I have created a group of devices and added a new device to the group. I proceeded to download the executable file and installed it on a Windows 10 computer designated for testing purposes. However, whenever I attempt to initiate remote control, I encounter an error message after entering my PassPhrase. The error message states: "Zero trust verification failed. Please add this device to your account again to enable remote access." I have already attempted to resolve the issue by reinstalling the remote control software and rebooting the remote computer multiple times. Could you kindly provide me with any URLs or resources that may offer guidance on resolving this particular issue? Thank you for your assistance, everyone.1.1KViews0likes3CommentsConsole App stuck on "Email verification pending"
Not sure why this is an issue, or what is even causing it, but this only seems to be an issue with the desktop application (not the web app version). I currently run Windows 11 (which I don't think is the problem). I already tried reinstalling the application (and wiping the residual data prior to reinstall), but the issue still occurs. Is this a new bug that hasn't been caught yet? It's been really irritating having to swap back into the browser to use GoTo Resolve.1.1KViews0likes4CommentsIs there a way to view all users in a ring group using the GoTo Connect api?
Currently, we have a dial plan with phone numbers that connect to ring groups that then ring a list of users. After looking through the API documentation in both the admin and connect pages I can't find any routes that list the users/extensions that are included in those ring groups/dial plans. We currently aren't using groups, so the only way to group users would be in those specified ring groups. Is there a route that can list users that are in their own groups? Also after looking through the API it looks like I would need an account key for that main phone number, is there an easy way to grab that? Thank you for your time, and if there is a better place to put these questions please let me know, also sorry for saying the word group so many times!Solved1.1KViews0likes1CommentIs there a way to detect phone call transfers with the GOTO Connect Api?
I'm currently tracking calls for users in ring groups. At this point, I'm filtering out any call with a duration of 0 as it means they were rung but didn't pick up as someone else did in that ring group if I understand that correctly. What I want to know is if there is a way to determine if a call has been transferred to another so I can also filter that call out for the user. I was going to use the developer support system but this wasn't an issue with the API and more of a question about which one to use so hopefully, this is the correct way of doing this. Thank you for your time!Solved1KViews0likes1CommentConnections drop
Hi, Has anyone else had experiences of the connections to an unattended device not show the screen but the session is "active". To resolve you have to end the session and start again, which is quite frustrating. Also connections seem to drop if you switch between devices in unattended sessions. Thanks Tim823Views0likes2Comments
