We are testing a fix that should help with this failure. I hope to have a release update in the coming days.
- Griff3134 years agoNew ContributorI did a full install again today, and still the same result. The only successful way i can log in is by rebooting in safe mode with networking. I should mention the customer device is running server 2019.

Griff313 I'm not aware of any limitations while in console mode that would block the Ctrl-Alt-Del commands. Have you tried a full installation of the host software with administrative rights on that PC?
Can you say if this is a headless server somewhere, or another type of computer system?
