Best way to use the system

Hi Everyone,

I am fairly new to Goto.  I have been using 1 phone number with a 1-800 number that's attached to my local number.  I have been using the app on my mobile phone only.  I am now getting ready to set up a 2nd user in a different country.  I don't know the best way (or optimal way) to set this up.  I see that someone can log into the computer.  Do I generate a new number for the 2nd line?  Is there a link or video on the best way to set this up.

 

Any help and/or suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated.
