Dial Plan Inspector/Insights

Can someone please explain the Insights within the dial plans?  I read "Call Timed Out" as it went thru the alotted time for that node, but no one answered.  For "Node completed successfully", I see it as someone answered the call during that node.  Please let me know as I am clearly oblivious!!

    Thanks for the screenshot, it helps, and yes, you are correct! 

    • Call timed out  - it went through the 40 seconds and no one answered 
    • Node completed successfully - Someone answered that call
  • Hi KateG, thank you for the quick response.  I didn't have any expectations.  I just wanted clarification for a better understanding.  Calls that "Timed Out" went thru the 40 seconds of 2902 (ring group).  Correct?

    Nice to see you! Your understanding of the insights sounds correct- "Call Timed Out" should mean the call reached the node's time limit without being answered, and "Node completed successfully" should indicate the call was answered during the node.

    Can you share more about what you expected to see, or any other details about your experience (or screenshot)? I'm happy to investigate further.
