Yealink address book is showing blank, how do I populate that with my users?
The phones are Yealink SIP-T34W
Right now when users click on the directory/address book on the phones it's blank - how do I make it so all of my users populate in that menu? We don't need external contacts or anything, just the internal people, there's about 20 of them. I am the super admin.
I found the section for Phone Systems > Directories > Dial by name > but I'm not sure this is the right place? If it is, what do these sentences mean: "Determine if selected extensions are inclusive or exclusive" and "Select the extensions to be affected by the directory behavior"? Not sure what that is actually describing or whether that has anything to do with what we're needing. All of my users are within GoTo already, and they show up fine in the softphone interface, we are just needing them to be listed on the physical phones.
In new admin portal: devices → select user → Settings → enable remote directory
