Billing Portal

Hello,

I am Super Admin of our Account (and we only have one active user anyways) and we need to updated our payment info but I get

 

ERROR
access denied
Please click here to logout and try again.

  • cxomni, it's the billing contact email address listed on your corporate account/purchasing contract.

    Hi, how to check this one ? I am the only user and i am the super admin but I am not able to change the payment method

    How can we see in the admin page which of our users is the account billing owner since in the user overview all users are super admin and there is no indicator who is the account billing owner

    Hi cxomni Welcome to the Community. 

    Being a Super Admin doesn't automatically give you access to the billing portal. 

    I see the email you are using here in Community is not the account billing owner. Can you have that person or use that email to try and access the portal?
