Polling Struggles
I don't know if I'm alone here but we have been struggling MIGHTILY with polls since the new GoToWebinar experience has come out of beta for standard events.
With every webinar held, we have numerous participants who cannot answer polls at all or are only able to answer the same letter option every time. Since we offer continuing professional education, we rely heavily on polls for attendance verification.
I did submit a ticket and was told I need to schedule all events as webcasts to avoid this in the future or to be sure our participants are utilizing only the desktop app. Neither of those are great solutions in my opinion. Not a great customer experience...
