Polls not showing on recorded video

During the session there was no issue while launching poll questions.

In the video recording of the webinar (saved in GoTo Library) not even one of the 20 polls launched is visible.

 

Why?

    We have looked into this issue and confirmed that for Polls to show in the recording they must be launched by the Organizer that is presenting the webinar at the time. Unfortunately, at this time if they are launched by a co-organizer they will not be captured in the presenter's recording.

    AllforOnePL thanks for your reply, at this time that feature is not available. We have shared with the team the need and desire for this feature and will update the Community when we learn more.

    Hi 

    do we have solution to this problem? Polls still don't appear in recordings. Even when launched by organizer 😞

    Hi SoniaDW

    If there was no issue during the live broadcast, and you can see the Polling results on the webinar report, then it sounds like there may have been an issue with the cloud recording conversion.  In this case please contact Customer Care directly in order to file a case for Engineering.  In some cases we can still locate the original / lost files in order to re-convert the recording again.
