Multiple eMails
We have started getting multiple emails per ticket created, six to be exact. Users are getting the same amount when they submit a new ticket. Can't narrow down to start date, but it appears to have started close to last Wednesday or Thursday. In the images below, I'm showing my inbox and our spam filter both showing the multiple emails from a single ticket. Any idea as to how I can stop this?
We have implemented the fix for this and are currently in testing. We are treating this with the highest priority, thank you for your patience.
