Hi Boyd,
Is this issue happening on the Desktop application for GoTo Resolve, or is this via browser?
Can you please try both and let us know which browsers have you tested on?Thank you!
Go to Devices, Add filter like Pro license. Click on Group Name to sort, and the sort arrow flips, but the list is not sorted.
