Bug connection

Hello,

i have a problem. My remote desktop dosen’t work correctly.

I see all wrong (see the pic below).

What should I do? the internet speed is okay.

    For example, some companies like Dell keep a full record of the drivers needed for their PCs on their website, where you can easily plugin (or search for) your product ID to confirm the latest available.

    In that case, I would visit the manufacturer's website to confirm the product ID and check for all available video driver updates.

    yes, i just restar the pc but the problem persists.

    No, i have other 150 remote desktop but only this one give me a bug. 😔

    Sorry to see that odd behavior there! 

     

    Have you tried rebooting the host PC? 

     

    If so, do you see the same behavior when connecting with any other devices?
