It looks like the admin settings on your account might be blocking the iPhone from saving login info. Double-check that the access control rule you set applies to mobile devices, not just your PC. Also, make sure "AutoFill Passwords" is turned on in the iPhone's settings (Settings > Passwords).
Some apps might have their own settings for enabling Touch ID or Face ID, so it's worth checking within the app as well. If nothing works, you may need to ask your admin if there are any restrictions for mobile devices.
