Microsoft Teams Integration Not Working with GoTo Resolve

Please try to unlink the channel using ticketing service and relink it. That may work. We have noted the issue, you may expect it to be fixed on Monday.

Thanks for the reply. I successfully unlinked, but linking again still produced the same error. I'll wait and try again on Monday. Thanks.

    Unfortunately, I am still getting the "bot encountered an error bug. Please contact an administrator" response after unlinking and relinking.
