404 Error in Contacts

Nevermind. It just started working again without us making any changes.

Can you tell us what version of the app you are running? The version number is displayed as the last item of the avatar drop down menu.

Please also include the PBX name, the PBX name can be found on the bottom of most left navigation menus (ie Voicemail and Activity)

The windows app version is GoTo 3.427.1 3.8.1

The PBX name is Jive-USA Volleyball
