Adding Fields in Agent Availability Report

Would it be possible to add the following fields to the Agent Availability Report?

  • Hold count
  • Hold time
  • Transferred "Flag"
  • Missed Call "Flag"

    If you could also include more information, like how a missed called and transferred flag would function and why they are needed?
