Bluetooth Issues

I have used this app for a year now. The entire time being connected to an external bluetooth headset. It will no longer work with any headset. I have tried getting three different headsets, uninstalling and reinstalling, resetting my cell phone, and attempting to change the phone type while on the call from handset to bluetooth. Nothing is working. I can use the headset on my cell phone on personal calls just fine. I can hear the ringtone in my headset for GoToConnect but cannot answer the phone. Nor can I use it after answering the phone regularly. Is this something any has come across or has any other idea on how I can remedy this situation? Any help is appreciated.

    I appreciate all of your follow-up here.

    There are no known issues with bluetooth/Andriod currently. I don't have a suggestion for this particular set-up, but will leave this thread open for comments from other community members who may have suggestions on how to improve this situation.

    Music usually stops when I take calls and resumes when done.

    I know usually the car stereo can do both on bluetooth but this radio doesn't do music over bluetooth. That is why I have a second one hooked to the aux port on the radio for music only.

    Hi Steven-H Could you provide a bit more detail on your use case? Are you trying to listen to music while taking calls? We don't often come across situations where two Bluetooth devices are used simultaneously, so understanding the steps you're following would help.

    My bluetooth headset works when I have my XEQ app off. My car radio still doesnt work either way.

    It seems when I have XEQ App on I lose the bluetooth function and speakerphone with GOTO App. XEQ is a booster and equalizer. I use mainly when I am in the car for music.

    Thanks for additional information. Would you be able to test with bluetooth headphones and the phone, does this work?

    I have a 2014 Chevy cruze that has bluetooth to make phone calls only. Then I have a second bluetooth for music that plugs into the aux port for the radio for music only. The GOTO app when I have a call or make a call it will only work with the phone only. Cannot use bluetooth nor speakphone.

    Can you tell me a bit more about what you are trying to do? Are you trying to connect a headset?

    I have issues with Mobile App as well. The issue is that I hit speaker or bluetooth, it does nothing. I have a One Plus 7t pro. I have a car radio that only can do calls with bluetooth and I have a secondary bluetooth for music in the aux port in car.
