If you want to connect without a laptop for GoTo Connect calls, you can install the GoTo app on your smartphone. This will allow you to make and receive GoTo Connect calls from your phone. You could also do the same with the other communication software mentioned by installing the corresponding app, like Microsoft Teams, on your smartphone.
Regarding the Polycom VVX 250 VOIP phone, it’s primarily for desk use, you could call in directly with a meeting phone number associated with the meeting.
