Outgoing calls not ringing
We've been having an issue for a few weeks where we don't hear any ringing on some outgoing calls.
It'll just be silent and then eventually someone may answer or it'll go to voicemail.
This is not true for all calls, but maybe 80% of them.
Anyone else experiencing this or have any solutions?
This is happening to numerous desk phones and we've tried restarting them as well, no luck.

Usually no ring tones are issues with the network. Its either GoTo's or your side. Are all the users on the same network that are effected? Or does everyone work from home on different networks?
To get them to work on your issue you will need examples - with time stamps (best to give them at least 3 of you have it)
- Date of the call
- Exact time of the call, including time zone
- Phone number dialed
- Extension or phone number the call was placed from
- Details about what happened:
- Is there dead air or ringing?
