Identify which number I'm texting from

We have a handful of phone numbers that we utilize in our office that clients call/text in to. From the desktop, it's impossible to see which number I'm starting a new conversation from. It's only on...

I am familiar with how to choose which number I send from in an existing conversation. But when I start a new convo with a client, it defaults to one of our numbers instead of letting me choose which number to send from. 

I'd even be happy with just being able to select which number is my default that I send from but haven't found a way to do that either.

    Hi kchapp we are looking into the option to set up a default phone number to text from, global search is on our roadmap, but won't be available before the end of the year. We will update the Community when it's available.
