Website Chat + Messenging Survery
Hello,
Few things I need help with.
1) I need help getting the live chat function to work on our website and showing up on my GOTO app. We had it on our website and I was testing it, but couldn't see it anywhere on the app ?
2) I want to start sending a message automatically maybe after 10mins that says DID WE RESOLVE YOUR ISSUE? or something, can we set something up for that?

Have you reviewed this support article already? There are a couple of prerequisites:
- You must be set up as a user and be assigned the admin role. This can also be done from your admin portal if you have access permissions. Make sure you have created a chat queue first.
