Cannot access payment method as super admin and no support for Malaysia phone number
Hi, I have 2 items here and hopefully someone from GoToWebinar can answer this.
1. I am trying to change my card and it seems that the system asking me to update in the admin center. When I navigate to the admin center, i could not see any payment method option or card icon as per user the user guide documentation. Plus, it mention that i have no access.

2. Since i have this issue no 1. I am trying to raise a support ticket and as usual, we need to fill in form. I am surprised that there is no option for Malaysia. Plus, it is so frustrating that we cannot reach the support via email. With this how am i going to reach out to support regarding the payment method issue.
Hopefully someone from GoToWebinar can respond to this issue.
