Cannot access payment method as super admin and no support for Malaysia phone number

Hi, I have 2 items here and hopefully someone from GoToWebinar can answer this.

1. I am trying to change my card and it seems that the system asking me to update in the admin center. When I navigate to the admin center, i could not see any payment method option or card icon as per user the user guide documentation. Plus, it mention that i have no access.

2. Since i have this issue no 1. I am trying to raise a support ticket and as usual, we need to fill in form. I am surprised that there is no option for Malaysia. Plus, it is so frustrating that we cannot reach the support via email. With this how am i going to reach out to support regarding the payment method issue.

Hopefully someone from GoToWebinar can respond to this issue.

    thaqiftaher I'm not sure why you can't update the credit card information, I did note this in the case, let's see what the team says. Thanks again for your patience. 

  • KateGActually, it still require me to update the credit card (which i don't have access to) whenever i want to add another GTW subscription. I think on 3/3, the only thing that i can change is the address, not the card.

    I'm sorry you are having issues accessing the billing portal, it does look like you were able to update the credit card, on 3/3. You would need to add another GTW subscription, it appears the last one expired.
