GoToWebinar: Timezone issue
Dear Support,
Our users (located in France) are facing timezone issues with your GoToWebinar app.
When they add the event to their calendar from the registration link, the event is saved in their Google Calendar at the Los Angeles time instead of Paris.
A lot of our participants will miss our webinar.
Could you fix this issue please?
Regards,

Hi AshC, I don't use Microsoft, I use Google calendar. In Google calendar, when you choose Paris time zone, it's GMT +02:00 - Central European Time - Paris.

maiwenn Can you tell us exactly which Microsoft time zone is selected? 'Paris / France' does not seem to be an option on my local PC, though there are several UTC +2 zones available.
I do know that you can't change the time zone once you leave the registration page and open the Gcal appointment.

maiwenn Were you able to recreate the problem yourself if you select France's time zone when registering and adding to the calendar as an Attendee?

It is in your browser settings: Google chrome: settings: advanced settings: language, and turn off the automatic translation

Hi, I can't find how to turn off the automatic translation in my account.
