Multiple sessions of a webinar, but only one ics to download
Hey, we usually schedule one registration page for one event. But now we have three sessions we want to promote under one registration page. Set-up is easy, but we only get one calendar link (ics) to...
- 6 months agoHi petra thanks for getting back to me and the screenshot. After further investigation, this is a known limitation specific to Outlook and, unfortunately, is not something we can change from our end. What we do recommend is to import the event via the Outlook app instead. To add all sessions to your Outlook calendar: - Instead of opening the .ics file directly, please use the Import feature in Outlook. Go to **Calendar** > **Import/Export** > **Import an iCalendar (.ics) file** and select your downloaded file. This will add all sessions to your calendar.
If you regularly schedule webinars as a series, you may wish to set them up as a standard recurring event. If you use a custom schedule, we recommend adding a note to your registration confirmation emails instructing participants to manually import the .ics file into Outlook using the steps above. If you need further help with this process, please let us know!

Hi KateG ,
unfortunatelly the dates vary, so it's not once a week or so, it's individual dates.
To show you I've just used two dates now, but it'll be three and there is only one ics I get, only for the first date, which is not good.
