Currently there is no option to create/change the static thumbnail of a webinar recording.
In a recent recording that we shared with our audience, post webinar, the thumbnail displayed one of our presenters with their eyes closed, and we had no way of changing this.
The year is 2024. The technology/option to change a thumbnail on a hosted video has been around for the last 10, if not 15, years.

I can share this feedback with the team. How were you sharing the recording? I'm not sure which thumbnail you were looking at.
