Hi cs_webinar thanks for checking out the community! If you are interested in watching a webinar in a live setting, you should create a one time live event where you can interact with your attendees and share the recording. Note that you would need to have an organizer. Then you would need to create a recorded On Demand webinar for those that couldn't attend.
The only way I can see having one event created with the same recording would be to create an On Demand webinar, and mention in the event details the premier date and time. You can also create a notice in your calendar on the specific date you would like everyone to view live. You would not need an organizer for this.
