It could be a sign of a slow internet/wifi connection. Can you try the next webinar in a different location?
I'm a new user and I will use GoToWebinar a lot for pre-recorded events. When I was testing yesterday I got this weird interruption of the screen every 5 sec on my iPad / iPhone. Not sure if anyone of you have experienced this also and if there is something wrong with my settings or so.
It could be a sign of a slow internet/wifi connection. Can you try the next webinar in a different location?
