user name and password fail on ipad, but work on PC?

Question

I've lot logmein Pro on my work desktop (win 7)

I was able to login via my ipad pro and my home computer (win 10). I recently got a new ipad pro . I get to the screen that asks for the computer user name and password. The login fails every time. I can still login via my home desktop. Any ideas?

jakem00&nbsp; [Update]&nbsp; I actually found this to be relevant to your situation: iOS Smart Punctuation functionality

On your iOS device, tap&nbsp;Settings.
Under&nbsp;General,&nbsp;select&nbsp;Keyboard.
Disable&nbsp;Smart Punctuation.

I tried that,&nbsp; no dice.&nbsp; It's weird. I cant log in with any IOS device, tried an iphone and 2 ipads
