Computer Icon Doesn't Turn Green When Associate is online

Computer Icon Doesn't Turn Green When Associate is online

Others turn green when they log in. New computer, is there something to turn on when the user signs on so the computer icon turns green and you know they're online Thank you!

    Do you know if this user is connecting through a VPN, or behind a firewall that might restrict outbound communications?
