Unable to Connect to Newley Imaged Machine - SCCM-Windows 10
After we image a new machine using SCCM we cannot establish a session with the new machine. We have to wait a few days and manually apply updates for it to work. Is there something we are missing? This is the message we get after the connection is established and then disconnects after a minute.
The connection to the customer was lost. This session will reconnect if and when the customer reestablishes a network connection.
We have made sure the computers are connected to the internet and are sometimes right next to us on the network. Any help would be great.

We're running SCCM CB 1706 applying a task sequence using Win 10 1709 media and connecting with SCCM Remote Control Log snip transcription (apologies for the ghastly formatting - can't post image/link until this acct is verified): An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.

Were are using SCCM 2012. we reimage every as per requirement. One major issue we have with SCCM is reimaging computers after they have had a OSD successfully completed. the conclusion that if the computer is new the installation get smoothly completes, but it we are going to again re-image same computer that exists in SCCM it fails
When the machine would PXE boot and say "device is in the database" then follow with "no advertisement found" after we deleted the client from SCCM. But now we get " device is not in the database"
Can we have solution for re-installation of existing SCCM-2012 clients.
thanks,

Yes, we would want to examine the LMI log files as well as the local Windows logs to see what went wrong there.

Hello,
Just wanted to follow up. Should I open an actual support ticket with logmein?

Thanks for getting back.
We do not have logmein installed on new machines only have the user go to logmein123.com and we give them a code. So no the image does not have any logmein software.

Hi Lou,
Was this machine image copied from another that currently has or previously had the Rescue Unattended installed upon it?
