Hey everyone. Hope that someone is able to help me out here. I am using the Logmein Rescue Console on my Mac device and since a couple of weeks the Unattended Accessible is just gone. Can anyone help me to get it back? Ob my windows device with the same Account it still works fine.

I am restricted to the updates my Company allows for the Mac OS Version. The Logmein Version I have downloaded from the Website.

Thank you for answering. That's the same answer I got from my company who is providing me with the access. I have already tried to log out and log in again. Also "reinstalling" the app. do you know if there is a place where the app is putting files like cache files or something on the mac? Maybe somewhere in Library. Maybe I need to delete it as well.

I have been unable to find any other reports of this issue, and I am unable to recreate it with my own account and Mac vs PC. Since your PC and Mac are signed into the same account you should see the same options. Have you signed out of Rescue on both and signed back in?
