GoTo Resolve Blank Screen

Is there a way to change the "GoTo Resolve Blank Screen" button to always be Off instead of On?  I forget that this auto-turns on.  Would prefer to turn on when I need it.   Registry hack?

Hi @kbstall, welcome to the community.

You should see the screen blanking option displayed when you start an unattended session. If you choose to enable it, that will be remembered for your future sessions as well until you disable it. So if you leave the box unchecked the client's screen should not be blanked in any session you hold.

Just tried - does not work as described.
The tick on "Start session with remote screen blanked" stays.
But the "Client PC" screen is not blanked in the first or a subsequent session.

Which version of Windows does that client run? Are you able to test with any other client PCs?

Client runs W2016 SE (fully patched).
Sorry, our trial expires before I will be able to try other platforms.
