Lag time in refresh rate post Windows 11 installation

We just installed Windows 11 on the target PC that I normally connect to, now the refresh rate is in minutes and not instant as normally with Windows 10. There is a work around but it requires lowering the screen resolution at target PC to 720x1280, but even that is very slow. We think is has something to do with the screen resolution but we are only guessing. Can you help?

Hi @Rich_Abeona welcome to the GoTo Community. We aren't able to replicate this on our side, what we recommend is trying a fresh install, by doing an uninstall/reinstall of the GoTo Resolve and then try a session.
