I am also receiving the "GoTo Resolve Installation Failed.  Can't create working folder."  error message on one device.  Same message regardless of using exe or msi and regardless of the windows user running the installation file??

I had the same issue over the weekend manually updating a whole site where the auto-update just failed to work.  I got around the issue by using GTR to go to one server and then RDP'ing from there to the server with the issue, removing GTR, rebooting and then re-installing GTR using the EXE file.  The MSI kept telling me there was a CAB file missing.

Success.  Uninstalled and reinstalled running exe installer as administrator.  Thank you.

Hi Glenn,

I've rebooted my PC but still cant detect the device on my console. can you share the cleanup installer? also is there anyway to push install the agent from desktop console? or install it without it checking from ms store? as our ms store is blocked.
