Unattended agent not correctly reinstalling

Good morning Glenn,

I was able to finally run your script today.. but it doesn't seem to have worked. I've run the script:
.\cleanGTR_v5.ps1
Cleanup starting
Unattended folder does not exist
Continue with manual cleanup...
Killing any remaining process...
Deleting folders...
Cleaning registry...
Cleaning certificate storage...
Cleanup finished

but i still have the error:
GoToAssist Remote Support Installation Failed 

I've run the script, and restarted and tried the installer. Still the same issue. Is there any other steps i could try?

Hi @Xander1, this is for GoTo Resolve specifically, not GoToAssist Remote Support.

Hi, 

Just wanted to provide an update.  I was able to remove GoToResolve with the script, but, when trying to re-install, I get the same error message as others have.  "Cannot Create Working Folder". I currently have a support ticket open with GoTo but, this issue is still occurring on a wide variety of servers, Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2008 R2, etc.   Is there any other help that can be provided to us?

Yes, many of times, I have had GoTo support remoted into some of the affected servers and this script seems to work, but the agent cannot be reinstalled. I get the same error message as others have stated.
