Hello, I guess GotoResolve unattended support has a new different installer.
My question is this installer requires or not acceptance of the user you want to connect with.

If you are referencing the endpoint software used to connect with different clients, then yes, user permission is required for both attended and unattended installs: https://support.goto.com/resolve/help/starting-a-remote-support-session-from-the-devices-page
