I did review the article and followed those instructions but it did not display the explorer, instead it showed a msg saying: "To access the customer's files, log into or unlock their device.", I was logged in and unlocked, the desktop was displaying and I could control the computer..
The customer is running in unattended mode; 4.8 Build 1702 Windows 10..
Not quite sure how to tell what version of 5 I am running... there is no Help -> About in the menu that I can see..
