Thanks @Chad Johnson1 . We don't have any new tickets around this problem, so we are probably going to want to file a case with you through Customer Support-- by phone is the best, when you have full access to one of the problem Macs.
@Michael M Thanks for confirming, as we recently dropped a new version for Remote Support users.
@Chad Johnson1 That depends if you have the endpoints set for automatic updates or not.

I can't see any announcement or release notes for this - where are they please?
@MoisiePants Releases / Updates / Changes can be found here: https://community.logmein.com/t5/GoToAssist-Remote-Support-News/bg-p/GoToAssist-Remote-Release-Notes
I upgraded two Mac Pro desktops to Mojave (10.14). Gotoassist is 4.5 Build 1610.
There is a massive delay to allow me to move mouse and type in login password. Delay is as slow as 5 or more minutes. One Mac is using T1 line.
Can we fix this issue? Thank you.
Sorry abou that @yellowhammer ,
Did you also get the change to give those Macs a full reboot sometime after the update?
Yes, I rebooted a few times. Uninstalled and reinstalled GTA a few times too. Still the same.
Out of 4 Mac Pros, 2 of them misbehave this way. The others work but take too long for me to remotely connect. Up to 5-10 minutes.
