SMS not working correctly won't populate

The GoTo features are used extensively in an information system where phone number are available.  When the phone number is hoovered over the option to "Call" or "SMS" appears with the number.  When "Call" is selected it sends directly to the phone and the call is made.  When "SMS" is selected it opens a new GoTo tab with the number where a text message can be sent.  HOWEVER now  when the SMS feature is selected, the number no longer appears in the tab.  For SMS now, you have to type in the number manually.  I'm using Chrome and have removed and re-installed the extension, updated Chrome, and tried turning computer off.
