How to fix GoTo time limit regardless chosen duration?
Paid user here. On a Macbook, if that makes a difference. Using GoTo on Chrome browser.
Since the recent update, GoTo now has a 40 minute limit to video calls. When we schedule calls, we set the duration to 1 hour. However, the call timer still shows 40 minutes. And once the call kicks us out, when we rejoin, our camera doesn't work anymore no matter how many times we change camera settings or turn it off/on again.
- How can we set the call duration to 1 hour or longer?
- And why does our video stop working when we rejoin?

It appears your subscription expired recently so your account was switched to a free plan that has a 40 minute limit. You can reactivate your subscription online.

Oh wow! I didn't realise we don't have an auto-renew in place.
