Hello,
I am unable to install GoToMeeting version 10.19.19950 or 10.17.19796. However, the installation of the old package version 10.4.15939 is successful.
The error message I receive during the installation of the newer versions is: "Error 1722. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A program run as part of the setup did not finish as expected. Contact your support personnel or package vendor. Action _421693A2_89BA_4B03_A4B3_147201B64F76, location: C:\Program Files (x86)\GoToMeeting\Shared\CPS\G2MCpsBridge.exe, command: "/RegServer""
We have attempted installation on multiple environments such as Windows Server 2016 and Citrix Server 7.15, but the issue persists.
Thank you.
