GotoWebinar refuses to start

Hi!

 

When I try to launch a webinar, it refuses to start and displays this message:

 

A certificate chain processed, but terminated in a root certificate which is not trusted by the trust provider.
Failed to download GoToWebinar from our servers.

 

I have an HP ZBook Laptop with Windows 10.

Thank you for your prompt reply. Yes, the GoTo support responded yesterday and the solution worked.

Downloading and installing the MSI file solved the problem
