Hi guys,

I have similar problem. During the webinar we were showing our pre-recorded videos. During the session everything worked, attendees coul see this videos. But they did not appear in webinar recording. Could you help me, is there any solution to this?

Hi there @AllforOnePL, I'm sorry to hear this. 


We are still investigating this issue. You are using the new GTW experience and not the classic version, correct? 

 

Could you help by providing the Webinar ID, date, and link to recording (if possible). 

 

You can PM me the details by clicking on my username, KateG on the left and on the next screen you will see the option to Send a Message on the top right.

Hello! We have the same issue only when hosting our live webinars with multiple attendees and not a test that we did to try and recreate the issue (which is strange the videos not to be recorded live but on a test). As a result we had to revert back to the "Classic" version. We understand the polls don't record in the new version, but it would be great for future to have that updated for those to show as well. Also, in the new version we love the reactions option (heart/clap/thumbs up/etc.), but is there a way to get a report of how many reactions there were total during the webinar and if not can that be added as well as that would be very beneficial for our reporting which we submit to our team and clients.

Polls in recordings for the new app is currently being reviewed.

 

Reporting on Reactions is not currently available, there is a request for it in the idea section here, I encourage you to vote.
