Glitch with recording editing
Hi, is there a problem with the recording editing today (11/09/25)? I am trying to edit a webinar recording from yesterday (10/09/25). When I close the preview window (having checked my edits) so that I can save my edits the screen goes totally blank. When I refresh my screen I am returned to the original unedited recording so all of the editing is lost - v frustrating. This has happened 3 times so far today. I've logged out and back in. I've tried at different time points. If you can let me know when the system is back to working as normal, that would be great. BW Nikki
Problem with webinars with more than 2,000 participants
Does anyone else have a similar problem? With the new system, webinars with more than 2,000 participants do not work. Everything freezes, nothing can be shared, the audience cannot see the presentation/hear/see the cameras. Support is not helping and says it's my internet connection. The problem only appeared with the new system.
Creating Event Page for Recorded Webinar Without Uploading Video Initially
I wanted to check if there’s a way to create an event page for a recorded webinar without uploading the video right away. My goal is to set up the page so we can start collecting registrations. Once people register, they’ll get the event link via email and can use it to join on the event day, just like a live webinar. The difference is the actual webinar content will be recorded 3 days before the event. Is it possible to create the event page now and then upload/add the recording closer to the event date? Thanks for your help!
Customer Control
Will Webinar or other GoTo products allow me to have customers provide e-signatures to documents I show them if I give them control of the mouse? If they do this, will the signature record link the customer's signature to my IP address or theirs? My business requires the IP to display the location of the person who signed forms.
Camera Disabled
We had a large group for new hire orientation and our cameras were disabled. We received an error message on the new platform so we switched to the old platform and didn't even have the camera option - none of us. Has this ever happened to you before? How can we avoid this because this was not the best first impression for our new employees.
GotoWebinar Video Library - Deleted Videos
We have been using the product for a very long time. When we enter our account it says "we have experienced a breakdown" and all of a sudden all videos have been deleted and and then screen auto-refreshes. We have been trying to get in touch with support without any success.
