@Natalika_O GoToWebinar should be automatically launching the Questions pane towards the bottom of your control panel when you start a new webinar. Are you scheduling online first, or hosting an impromptu webinar-now ?
@Natalika_O If you are not un-docking the Questions pane yourself, then there's no good explanation for it to go completely missing on its own. Could you test further by removing GoToMeeting, emptying the trash, then rebooting and hosting a new webinar?
