Questions section

Hello. Tell me why there is no Questions section on the MacBook in the sidebar of the webinar room and there is no line at the top of the panel to enable it? How to add this section?PinkTip.jpg

Re: Questions section

@Natalika_O  GoToWebinar should be automatically launching the Questions pane towards the bottom of your control panel when you start a new webinar.  Are you scheduling online first, or hosting an impromptu webinar-now ?

Re: Questions section

Is the screen you are showing for a GoTo Organizer, or a GoTo Panelist?

Re: Questions section

Unfortunately, the speaker on the MacBook does not display a section with questions and there is no line at the top where you can turn it on. Therefore, the question arose how to do it.

Re: Questions section

@Natalika_O  If you are not un-docking the Questions pane yourself, then there's no good explanation for it to go completely missing on its own.  Could you test further by removing GoToMeeting, emptying the trash, then rebooting and hosting a new webinar?
