Greetings. I have one user getting this error. His screen displays OK for a second or two then gets the error. Others can play the video just fine. I have removed and re-installed the software but unsure of any other steps to try.

Are you trying to play a recorded video? This error was reported previously here and was fixed by re-uploading the video.

Yes, this is a recorded video. The issue is that others can play it fine. It's just one user and he has issues with all recorded videos.
