Unintended Guests on Webinars

We hosted a webinar two days ago and i needed to know if anyone knows if GoToWebinar has the ability to see the registrants/attendees information (as in I.P. addresses)? There has been another competing company that has been attending other webinars and joining under fake names. We would be able to send the I.P. addresses to our I.T. and have legal handle it. Any word on this can help!

Hi @F3E If this may lead to legal action, then it is possible for you to create a case with Customer Support in order to mine some more data around that webinar broadcast.  I'm sorry we don't have the info available on hand, so it would take some time for engineering to pull it manually.
