User Cannot Add Videos when clicking "Engage Your Attendees"

Here is a screenshot that the user is seeing.

 

We have already updated their policy and firewall rules to allow access.

@Cyralek  There may be something up with that Organizer's account.  Please have them call into Customer Support to create a case for us to examine further.

@Cyralek   Is this the only Organizer in your group experiencing this issue?  

 

If so, have they tested through a different PC or LAN?

User is the only organizer with this issue.  2 others are able to add videos.  Issue persists across different PC or LAN.

User has tried with Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome, and the issue persists with both.
