I have done dozens of webinars using webcam. Now, in my last webinar the webcam would not start - just showing the spinning symbol. And when I now book new webinars, the webcam feed just show spinning symbol.
I can see may camera(s) in the setting function.
I have tried different PCs, different webcams and different browsers - still the same issue.
Desperate for ideas as new webinars are planned!

Hi @Nemko,
Welcome to the GoTo Community. Sorry to hear you are having trouble.
Most of the time, this is due to the use of a VPN or restricted access due to a Firewall Configuration. Also Note, Webcam Port configuration, GTW recommends UDP 1853, used for integrated webcam video support and Voice over IP (VoIP) and in-session communications.
Hi @Nemko
Welcome to the GoTo Community. It could be a firewall or antivirus issue. Can you temporarily disable your firewall or antivirus software to check if they are blocking the webcam access?
I'm also encountering this issue where my webcam no longer connects and only shows a spinning wheel. This problem began during my last webinar, and now the webcam feed remains stuck on the spinning symbol for all new webinars I book.
I've tried the following troubleshooting steps:
Verified that my camera is recognized in the settings function.
Used different PCs, webcams, and browsers.
Despite these attempts, the issue persists. If anyone has experienced a similar problem or has suggestions for resolving this, I'd greatly appreciate your help as I have upcoming webinars planned and need to resolve this issue urgently.
