Dear sir,
i hosted a webinar on May 21th 2020. i'm totally sure there was active audio during the webinar ( personnally i opened another device to check that during the webinar to provide the maximum webinar quality with no issues).
unfortunately after i ended the webinar, it started with "NO VIDEO RECODED TO BE CONVERTED" .
then after couple of days i found an email "your webinar video record is ready", but unfortunately there is no audio only the interactive visuals only.
this is totally terible my audience need this record. ASAP

In some cases where there was a disruption of the cloud recording ability, and the recording did not switch to saving on your desktop instead, you may be able to contact Customer Support to escalate the instance for review and repair: https://support.goto.com/webinar/help/how-do-i-contact-gotowebinar-customer-support-g2w090151
unfortunatelly i need an email to contact technical support. i cant call becuase of international fees
I'm afraid GoTo services do not currently have email support. Are you able to test the cloud recording functionality currently with a new webinar to make sure the software is communicating with the webinar servers correctly?
