I've looked up your GoTo login email, and found another one attached as well: webinars@zzzzz.sa

 

It is possible these two are getting mixed up, as they both ended around the last 30 days.  Do you know which one you wanted to activate specifically?  If not, you may want to call into customer support directly for confirmation.

This is the one I need to activate:
webinars@zzzzz.sa
It was a PLUS and I want to reactivate as Starter
